3RD ST. FLATS - RENO, NEVADA

The Kings Inn was originally constructed in 1974 during the gaming boom in Reno. In 1986 the property went abandoned, and it sat for 30 years awaiting it's new owner.

A developer purchased the property in 2014 and KRI was contracted for the conceptual and developmental design stages. The study was to include an overall concept, feasibility, layout and exterior elevation studies. Parking and ADA were required to be assessed, as well as site entry and retail shops on the lower two levels with a possible "loft" and private VIP space on the roof.

The construction documents, final design, and construction management were taken over by a large firm out of San Francisco.

The building is now under construction.
